11:00 – We Want To Hear You – Small group sessions – please answer these questions. Appoint a scribe and a spokesperson to report back.
(1) Vision: What makes Chicago great from your perspective?
(2) Strategies and Assets: What are the key strategies and assets that need to be brought to bear in order to make Chicago great?
(3) People: Name people who should be leading official City of Chicago departments and key branches of government in order to deliver the vision, and to make sure our strategies and assets are brought to bear on what kind of Chicago we need and want for our children, youth and families?
11:50am – Re-assemble and hear report from each group.
12:00pm – Break for lunch – Please sit with people from your ward or adjacent wards. Lunch provided by the Robust Coffee Lounge.
12:05pm – Lunch & Civic Networking – Please discuss and record the top issues in your ward.
12:45pm – Call back to order – report back from the ward caucuses.
